Privacy Policy

Deep Sesh is a focus-sessions app published by Momen Technologies ("we"). This page explains what data we collect, why, and how it's stored. We collect the minimum needed to make the product work — nothing for advertising or third-party tracking.

• Account info — email, display name, optional avatar. Used to identify your account and show your name to friends you connect with.
• Focus session data — start / pause / end times of sessions, the target you set (a todo, habit, or free intent). Stored so you can see your history and so we can sync across your devices.
• Tasks and habits — the todos and habits you create, including title, type, priority, due date, and recurrence rule.
• Social connections — friends you add, the tier you assigned them (friend / close friend / inner circle), and partnerships you join.
• Contacts (optional, on iOS) — only after you explicitly grant permission. We hash phone numbers and emails to cross-match with users already on Deep Sesh. Raw contacts never leave your device.
• Push tokens — Apple / Google push notification tokens, used to deliver invite and partnership notifications.
• Crash + diagnostic logs — anonymous crash reports via Sentry / Crashlytics, used to debug stability issues.

• Advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID)
• Location data
• Web browsing history
• Microphone, camera, or photo library content
• Health or fitness data

Account, session, task, and social data is stored in our Supabase project (Postgres) hosted in AWS us-east-1. Push tokens are stored with Expo. Crash logs are stored with Sentry / Crashlytics. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

By default, your sessions and habits are private. You control visibility per-friend-tier in settings. Friends in your "inner circle" tier may see more detail than "friend" tier users. Public sharing is opt-in per session.

You can request a full export of your data, correct any field, or delete your account at any time. Account deletion removes all personal data within 30 days; backups are purged within 90 days. Email development@momentechnologies.com for any of these requests.

If we materially change how we collect or use data, we'll update this page and notify users in-app at least 14 days before changes take effect.
